Sample calculation reports
These PDFs are exactly what the Print report button produces in the AStrutTie web app — nothing was retouched. They were printed on the Free tier, so each page carries the “AStrutTie Free” mark that every Free print has.
Each report starts from a built-in template with its default dimensions, materials and loads. They show what a report contains; they are not the worked examples on this site, whose numbers come from the Technical Book.
What a report contains
- Project and model summary — template, design code, unit system, and the number of nodes, members, struts, ties and supports
- Materials and design parameters — concrete strength, rebar yield strength, confinement factor and member thickness
- Load cases and combinations, member axial forces for every combination, and the governing envelope for each member
- Strut, tie, nodal-zone and anchorage checks, each citing its ACI 318-25 clause (for example §23.8.2 and §25.4)
- An overall OK / NG verdict
The footer of every page states that reviewing the design remains the user's responsibility — the report documents the checks, it does not replace an engineer's judgement.
