v2.0.0

stable

AStrutTie 2.0 — a ground-up rebuild. Strut-and-tie model (STM) design for D-regions, running in your browser and verified against published hand calculations.

Design codes Added: KDS · ACI 318 · AASHTO LRFD · Eurocode 2

New

  • A library of STM templates across common D-regions — deep beams (simple & continuous), corbels, girders, bridge pier caps (single & multi-column), spread / pile / abutment foundations, 3D pile caps and pile-grid foundations, post-tension anchorage zones, PSC box cross-sections, anchor plates, and frame corners.
  • Multi-code strut / tie / nodal-zone checks — KDS, ACI 318, AASHTO LRFD, and Eurocode 2.
  • 2D and 3D models, with ESO topology assistance for laying out struts and ties.
  • Submittable HTML reports (open in Word · print to PDF) and DXF import / export for round-tripping with CAD.
  • Runs in the browser with no install; a Windows desktop build is also available.
  • Every result is checked by an automated gate suite against published hand calculations, SAP2000, and an independent oracle — with the remaining gaps published openly.

Known limitations

  • At this release, Windows desktop installers were still being finalized through code signing.

Verified by 19 gate suites · 1414 checks (as of 2026-08-27). See the ledger
